Your Goals Should Determine the Program
Every KC Fit program begins by understanding what you want to accomplish, what you have tried before, and how you currently move. Your plan may include strength and muscle development, mobility, stability, balance, weight-management support, and nutrition coaching based on your needs.
What Your Personal Training Can Include

How Often Should You Work With a Personal Trainer?
The right frequency depends on your experience, goals, schedule, recovery, and ability to train independently between sessions. One session per week may provide structure for an experienced exerciser. Two sessions per week is a practical starting point for many clients. Three sessions may suit clients who want more frequent coaching and training exposure.

We will discuss the right starting frequency during your consultation rather than asking you to choose based only on price.
